The interaction between light and matter is a fascinating subject. It is in its encounter with matter that light acquires all its brilliance and power. CMalou knows this, and through the contemplation of her works, allows us to reconnect with the light at the heart of everything.
But beyond this exploration of light, she allows us to undertake a genuine introspection, to reconnect with pure, essential emotions. Her matte works are veritable breaches into which anyone can enter and reconnect with a memory.

CMalou goes far beyond painting, skilfully fusing ceramics and paint for unique works. Since the 2000s in Vallauris, she has excelled in clay and seduced with her sculptures from Tokyo to Paris. Passionate about painting, she opened workshops in 2013 (Oise) and 2019 (Strasbourg), fostering her creativity. Her talent lies in mixing materials and techniques, integrating sand in recent years to rediscover her organic beginnings. Her works break down artistic boundaries, inviting us into a world where each painting tells a unique story, breaking the rules to offer an enriching experience.
