Georges Émile De Norroy is passionate about art and a tenacious self-taught artist, who has devoted himself to drawing and painting since the age of ten. Echoing the words of Salvador Dalí (1904-1989), who said he had written a book because he needed to learn to paint, Georges Émile De Norroy was able to perfect his technique and knowledge by passing on his expertise to his pupils. Therefore, he likes to hold work sessions in his studio in Vittel or at various venues across France on a regular basis, and has been doing so for more than thirty years. In 2016, he was awarded the prestigious title of Master Pastellist by the Société des Pastellistes de France, which he participates with in a great number of group exhibitions.
